Too firm and discoloration appears from nowhere

Mattress is too firm it's causing me to have severe back and neck pain. Also discoloration from the foam started to go up the fabric after I wiped it with a damp towel is went away and an hour later it got worst so I search it up and I read that it's the color from the foam that went up the fabric and cause the color to change

I had to exchange the extra firm Serra mattress for the "Plush" Serra, same exact mattress. It was too firm, but, since there were no medium Serta's, I had no choice but to keep the extra firm, or take the "plush." The "Plush Serta" is the worse mattress I've ever slept on! It has been absolutely terrible! It sinks in and gets lumpy and I don't know how you don't get hundreds of complaints about it! I have 11 months to pay it off, and I am so unhappy that I am going to be having to tell everyone I know to never buy a Serta mattress! Especially, a plush one. The store I got it from was closing down their business, but I still had to pay close to $1,000 for it. The diamond tufting on the mattress makes the sink holes and lumpiness worse!

My niece & her husband had one in their spare room and we liked it so much we bought one for our room. We simply couldn't be happier with the mattress. Mind you we've only had it for a month total.
Soft, but not squishy if that makes sense…as it's still very supportive.

Incredibly comfy and my body did not have any aches or soreness. Perfect for side-sleepers like me. The plush top is perfect softness. It is a tall mattress, so keep that in mind with the type of bed frame. I wouldn't recommend any bed frame that is 10" or taller and that does not require a box spring.
