I bought a month ago or so. This was a warranty replacement mattress as the old product we had was no longer offered. We tried the mattress in a store before ordering it through Serta and liked it. The 12" was in store, but we decided to go with 14". I do not recommend. It is a lot harder than the store model, which was unexpected. Because it is a warranty replacement, we can't send back for a different one, so we will probably try to sell or replace within a couple years. Quality is fine, but because we can't use the Serta "replace with another for any reason in 30 days" and it is significantly stiffer than floor model, gets 3 stars.

I purchased this mattress almost a month ago. My old iComfort (over 12 years old) was starting to show lack of support so I figured it was time to buy a new one. I stuck with the iComfort because I was so happy with my old one. They have really expanded on the choices and pretty sure I picked the one I would like. It is the plush and it is super comfy. I know people don't like this type of mattress because you cannot sit on the side but I am used to it. Here is hoping I can get as many years out of this new mattress.

It's been 3 weeks since I bought this bed, and it is Amazing. It is literally like sleeping on a big cool cloud. It purchased the 14" plush with cooling. I sleep hot...very hot. All the nights wake up from being to warm are gone. I melt into this mattress and sleep through the night with no problems and wake up refreshed and ready to go. The only problem is it is comfortable that I do not want to roll out of bed lol. You will not be disappointed.

Omg. I didn't even know how badly I needed a new mattress! My back is completely different, in a good way! Not to mention it stays cool at night so I'm not dealing with night sweats anymore. The price point is truly ideal, and a STEAL for this mattress! Do yourself a favor and get it!

Super soft and soft support as well. This would not be good for someone who prefers a hard mattress. This feels durable and helps regulate temperature so it has been a pleasure during these warmer months.

I had the best feeling waking up after trying icomfort mattress! I didn't wake up feeling groggy or any body pains at all. The mattress molded with my body, it gave me the suppprt I needed and felt cooling at the same time. I highly recommend this to my peers, my kids even tried it a begged me to get them a mattress like this for them!

This mattress is amazing! It's so comfortable. Immediately it adjusts to your body pressure. Then slowly adjusts to your posture.. It's a perfect "medium" and slightly on the softer side but not too soft, just the perfect amount. It also has a cool pattern and uses excellent material.

This mattress is awesome. It's not too firm or too soft and I think it should last a long time. It doesn't retain heat and make you hot just laying on it. I know where to look for my next mattress when needed.

Oh, my goodness. I've slept through my alarm 3 days in a row since receiving this mattress. It is so comfortable, with the perfect balance of softness and firmness. It provides excellent support for my body and has helped my lower back pain. This mattress is well worth the investment!

Y'all. I cannot believe this actually showed up on my porch! Thank you Influenster and Serta! I have always wanted a memory foam mattress and here it is! I am amazed at how comfortable it is. It's like I'm literally sleeping on a cloud. The motion isolation is real too😱 can't wait for bed tonight!
